Remote Year Shoshin is a community of professionals that lived, worked, and traveled through Europe and Africa together for 4-months in 2018. Participants came from all different companies, nationalities and backgrounds, pursuing goals from starting their own business to making a life change.

I thought (...) that it would be small and manageable, but everywhere I turn there's a restaurant I want to try or a festival happening or another museum, beergarden, park, or church to explore. I also thought the food would be heavy and fried, so I've been surprised at the number of brooklyn style coffee shops, vegan restaurants, and Indian, and Vietnamese food places. Remote Year is a platform for professionals who want to live and work in different cities around the world. The company curates work and travel programs, providing participants with unique cultural experiences, travel logistics and support, and ongoing access to a global community.
